ขอ (khɔ̌ɔ) is a polite request marker, อีก (ìik) means "another/more," อัน (an) is a general classifier for things. For drinks, swap อัน for แก้ว (glass): ขออีกแก้วครับ/ค่ะ. For dishes: ขออีกจานครับ/ค่ะ (one more plate). อัน works as a safe default for most objects.
